EGG SALAD



1)  Hard boil some eggs, let cool, then crack/peel them and slice in harp like egg cutter as desired.
2)  Mix with organic mayonnaise (make sure no starch).  Salt as desired.
3)  Add diced celery, cucumbers, & grapes.
4)  Serve on a bed of iceberg lettuce.
